:^) They are no longer needed to begin roleplaying. You can start by either having your character join in character, or just have them hop right into roleplay. Though, it's now optional so if you want your character to have a biography then it's fine by me.

Just wondering, but are their certain positions besides leader in these groups? I tried scrolling through the help and rules but I cant seem to find any thread informing about ranks or positions. thank you for your help.
